ABOUT

My name is Stephanie Jeanne Marie and I am a Family Constellation facilitator, Reiki practitioner, and artist.My work explores the subtle patterns of the unseen that shape our experience and perception of life. Through Family Constellation, and at times Reiki or creative immersion, I offer a quiet space where hidden dynamics can surface and be met with awareness.Over the years I have come to witness how much our bodies hold beyond what the mind easily wills to understand.Sessions with me invite a slowing down, allowing insight and release to unfold at their own pace. Each session is guided with care and curiosity, meeting whatever wishes to appear.During a constellation we work with simple figurines to represent elements of a family or life system. In this symbolic landscape the unconscious often reveals unseen patterns and dynamics that can then be felt and allowed to release in ways that words alone cannot reach.The first two sessions take place one-to-one, allowing each client to become familiar with the process unfolding within their somatic field.Later, the field may also be explored in a group setting if the client wishes.

Through guided inquiry and symbolic representation, the session allows unconscious patterns to surface and be witnessed with clarity.A constellation session can support questions related to relationships, purpose, recurring patterns, emotional blocks, life transitions and/or dis-ease of all sorts.Sessions take place online and include a short intake conversation.

Family constellation is a process of exploration that helps reveal hidden dynamics within family or personal systems that may influence our relationships, choices, and sense of direction or belonging.

RESET JOURNEY

Duration 2 weeks
Price 700€

This programme combines daily Reiki sessions with a concluding Family Constellation session, scheduled as follows:
- 10 individual Reiki sessions: one session each weekday over two consecutive weeks
- 1 Family Constellation session held at the end of the second week.

A gentle container designed to help the body and mind slow down, release accumulated stress and misalignments, and prepare for deeper personal insight.

CREATIVE PRESENCE JOURNEY

Duration 30 Days
Price 950€

This month long journey combines energetic support, constellation work, and gentle creative prompts.
What is included:
- 2 Reiki sessions per week, 8 sessions across four consecutive weeks,
- 3 Family Constellation sessions held during the beginning, middle, and end of the journey,
- Daily creative presence prompts through writing, drawing, and guided reflections.

A deeper process for those wishing to reconnect with their inner creative source and explore personal patterns more fully.

HOW THIS WORK FOUND ME

Art called to me very early in life. The consciousness of energy through Reiki and constellation work entered later.They circled quietly for a couple of decades, then finally leapt forward to reach me. This happened at a time when a fifteen years relationship I had willed as our perfect family fell apart painfully for all of us.As unresolved patterns surfaced with unexpected force, inner child work, meditation, Reiki, and Family Constellation gradually carved a path toward healing.What struck me most was how closely the felt process of these latter modalities resembled my experience as an artist.Art had always been a form of healing in itself, another way of entering into dialogue with the subtle unseen field of life, the space between sense and form. Through Reiki, and even more through Family Constellation work, I experienced a profound sense of reconciliation.From client I became a devoted student, and over the years I have come to see these modalities as complementary gateways into the same living current.From there a natural desire emerged to share this work and place myself in service of it.Through this combined experience I have developed a personal way of holding sessions that places attention on the individual somatic process. Moving gently away from the realm of thought, the work invites healing through the body's own language of sensation, movement, and release.
